Review

We review your application and match against the criteria we initially set.

Quick chat

Then, we'll arrange a telephone interview to put a voice to the name.

Face to face

If we feel we gelled on the call, we'll invite you for a face to face interview to get to know you a little better.

Task

Finally, we'll ask you to complete a small, practical task, to get a feel for your skills.

An offer

All being well, we'll make you an offer and hope that you liked us as much as we liked you.
